Job Title :	(SR) MANAGER, RISK MANAGEMENT
Job Description:	Financial institution seeks (Sr) Manager, Risk Management who will lead the development of credit, operational, enterprise, and fraud policies designed to profitably grow the portfolio, while ensuring excellent customer experience. These policies utilize mathematical models and other techniques to understand and predict customer behavior. Manager typically does not have a people leadership role but is often viewed as a subject but is often viewed as a subject matter expert and/or mentor to managers and analysts. Possesses the expertise, knowledge and seasoning to work on projects of high sensitivity or importance. Works relatively independently and is responsible for driving consequential decisions. Qualifications: Advanced degree in statistics, economics, mathematics or related discipline. 5+ years experience in financial services or credit card industry. The candidate must have an excellent analytical background, strong thought leadership, solid project management skills, strong communication skills, the ability to work on multiple projects and work effectively in a team environment.
